Sleeping does not come easy for most of us these days. We spend our time running around, keeping ourselves going with caffeine and energy supplements of some kind, and by the end of the day, we get into bed and can't sleep. So we end up staying up late into the morning hours before we finally pass out from exhaustion. I have taken 5-htp and L-theanine on their own to help with sleep, but by themselves it just doesn't work. , I can still do things like check my email on my phone or play an app while I get tired. Then this just helps me drift off gently.
