No foggy brain
I find it easier to fall asleep without all the pre sleep tossing and turning. Also...I find that, not only do I wake up in the a.m. with a clear head, I have had a few circumstances of needing to wake late night or early am unexpectedly due to emergencies and even in those cases I never have fog brain.

It had been awesome for me!
I have had trouble with racing thoughts that delay sleep and prevent sound sleep. This product has been AMAZING! I’m going to sleep easily and awaking feeling eested- with no hangover symptoms! Just reordered!

It really works!
Have tried literally dozens of sleep products with the same result. Sleep 2 hours and walk around the house the rest of the night. Then I was lucky enough to try RediNite. It worked better than any other over the counter sleep natural meds. I'll have times that I wake up in the middle of the night but less frequency than any others I tried. If you can't sleep then give it a shot. It's helped me.

It works
For many years I had no trouble falling asleep but have in last 2 years as approached 80. I sent for a trial bottle a few months ago and every night I used it it was effective so I have just ordered 3 more.
