Quicker sleep even in college

I would recommend them to anyone
I work and take care of 3 children. It's exhausting to say the least. You would think I would have no trouble falling asleep, but I am so stressed at the end of the day I'm practically too tired to go to sleep. These pills have been a miracle for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

The later part of my shift is just terrible. I can barely keep my eyes open
I've been working the night shift for 6 months, and my body still has not adjusted. The later part of my shift is just terrible.
I can barely keep my eyes open. I come home with the sun already high in the sky, and it feels impossible to get sleep.
This is the only thing that has helped me, and I've tried everything.

I take both the day and night formula
I take both the day and night formula, sometimes if I am really jumpy at sleep time I take one redinite plus one capsule of valerian root (not your brand)
