I have a habit of taking a nap in the daytime and then can't get to sleep at night. No matter how much I try to stay busy in the day, I just need that nap and it totally ruins me to go to bed. I love the gentle ingredients. I take it about 30 minutes before needing to get to bed and it really works, in 30 minutes I am ready to fall asleep. It's a great way to take it each night at a certain time, not more than a week I would suggest, then the body gets used to the cycle of going to sleep.
