These really do work. I was very skeptical at first, but the first night, I slept really deeply, and fell asleep fast.
There are a couple things I've noticed. (1) I don't think they're habit forming. I haven't noticed ""needing"" them, and have gone a few days without them when testing and didn't notice a hard time falling asleep or any time of ""need"" to go get it. (2) I've tried taking the recommended 2 vs just 1, and have noticed that two really do make a difference. Just one is okay. (3) I don't wake up groggy when using these.
