I have tried many different products for my achy joints and I have to say that by taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at night that my joints feel much better. I am a retired teacher who is now feeling the pains of my past sports years and I have tried powders, gelatins, and even over the counter pain medications. I noticed a difference even after the first week. I have done lots of research on supplements and I would encourage those that have joint pains to give this one a chance.

I had knee pain. My options after cortisone injections were further lubricant injections, and this was terrifying to me (esp after the painful cortisone shot). After taking this daily for 2 Weeks my knee pain was greatly relieved!! I stopped taking it for a while due to another separate surgery and my knee pain returned. I'm now back on this and pain free.

Works very fast. Pills are easy to swallow.Almost immediately I felt a lessening of pain.. I could barely walk up stairs without holding on to something. Now, thank G-d, the pain almost doesn't exist. I haven't noticed any side effects either.

It seems I have a lot less joint pain after I start taking these pills. I've lost 70 LB in the last 8 months and lately I have elbow and shoulder pain when I'm lifting weight. After a week of use I have much less pain and I hope it will totally go away a few weeks later. I truly feel that this supplement is actually working.

Can't tell if it's helping or not

I have a shoulder that is bone on bone and have tried different pills and creams with limited pain relief. I started to feel pain relief after about 2 to 3 weeks and I was able to go back to the gym and do shoulder exercises that I had not been able to do before taking this. I would definitely order this product again.

I have tested negative for arthritis but my joints do ache. I've noticed when I run out of this formula that the pain is much worse. I especially like that this product does not upset my stomach as other brands have in the past.

My doctor and chiropractor said it usually takes about 3 months to notice if a supplement works. I noticed an improvement after 3 weeks. Patience is required...I didn't know that. So I was very surprised when my joints were improved after the first 3 weeks.

sorry i just don't feel a difference

I just had shoulder surgery in March, and it still hurts me everyday. I stopped taking glucosamine a while back because it didn’t really help. The joint medication seems to have been helping with my pain and ability to move my shoulder.
