Over the years, I have tried every natural remedy under the sun to try to get rid of my hot flashes. I even tried each of the ingredients in Menovair individiually and nothing helped. But somehow, whatever combination they are in with Menovair actually works for me. What a miracle!

This is the only product that helps me with multiple hot flashes a day. Don't run out or you will know right away just how much it helps.

Menovair seems to be helping me with my hot flashes. I definitely don't wake up as frequently in the middle of the night. It was happening almost every night and very difficult to get back to sleep. Now I would say it's happening once a week. So definitely a big improvement. The price is a little steep for the product though. I might explore some other alternatives to see if anything works as well as this but at a cheaper price. But I don't want to interrupt the effects of the Menovair and go back to waking up every night from hot flashes. So many decisions!

I would wake up during the night soaked in perspiration. After one week of taking this product I began sleeping better. Now after two months I don't wake up during the night to change my clothes. Thank God. You have a repeat customer in me. I told my sister about Menovair. She's sleeping better as well.

I started using menovair about 18 months ago. It takes about a month for it to get into your system but then it really does work. I was having hot flashes every half hour or so. I hated them. The menovair completely took them away and also my mood swings. I looked at my husband with loving eyes again rather than with hateful daggers. I thought I would try stopping them when I went on holiday in February. Bad mistake. The hot flashes came back after a few weeks and so did my anxiety, I forgot just how horrible they were. This time took about 5 weeks to get back into the rhythm again but I am happy to report, the hot flashes are gone again.

I use this to keep from taking hormone replacements. I just don't want to have to take a drug if I don't have to. This is a REALLY good price than what I have found at my local store.

I've been using this product for years. It took a month or 2 for the best result; along with diet change to reduce hormonal responses, like hot flashes. I've recommended this product to my friends and family with menopause and pms symptoms.
