A lot of experimentation before I found this!
After trying Black Cohosh caps, a pure formula with nothing else added in, as well as other products like Primrose and 5HTP, I found Menovair to be the only thing that has helped me with hot flashes....

It Helps with symptoms
Every woman’s body is different, and we all experience different symptoms during this stage of life. For me, Menovare has been a wonderful help. It has helped with my night sweats—I haven't had one in years! While I do still get hot flashes occasionally, they are much less frequent and way more manageable than they used to be. It is a great product for my needs, and I highly recommend giving it a try since everyone's experience is unique

Glad I found this natural solution
Before Menovair I was having a hot flash a couple times an hour during the day and a couple times during the night. I have been taking it for nearly 2 months and am thrilled with it. I am still having an occasional flash, but only occasionally. It’s helped with constipation and my general mood. I am so glad ai found a natural solution.

Wish I had tried this before
This really works!! I was having 40+ hot flashes in a 12 hour period. Soaking wet every minute. I found Menovair on line. Within two weeks I’m feeling almost 💯 myself again. WITH NO HOT FLASHES!! I highly recommend this. I take one tablet mid morning and another before bed. I can’t believe it was this simple all along. Good luck my sisters out there, I highly recommend this product.
