Very good product. Energy, less craving for sugar. Taking vitamin b complex and multivitamin making healthy eating choices. I also drink lemon water every day 32oz. Also regular 4 cups of water 8 oz a day. I ordered two more bottles after completing the first bottle Friday. VERY PLEASED!!!
