I have had more problems than I even used to have with constipation which has been most of my life. I have taken 1 a day, 3 Biome for about 2 1/2 weeks and have had more BMs in the last week than I usually have in over a month . I’m talking complete BMs which hasn’t happened in 2 yrs ! I am over the moon! Excited I will always have this in my life from now on or as long as needed! Thank you!!!!
