In the last year I saw a nutritionist and a doctor. Had to submit samples to both to identify my issue. Spent over 400 dollars on a months supply of vitamins and supplements with very little relief. I have had more problems than I even used to have with constipation which has been most of my life. I have taken 1 a day, 3 Biome for about 2 1/2 weeks and have had more BMs in the last week than I usually have in over a month . I’m talking complete BMs which hasn’t happened in 2 yrs !
