My mom is 92. Doctors gave her melitoen zinc and magnesium to sleep. This only upset her stomach alot so I did some research and found redinite and it seems to be working wonderfully. Her alertness and thinking is more clear threw out the day. Mood has improved. She's more happier and sleeps more at night.only gets up once or twice to use the restroom instead of 4 or 5. So far so good. Just order 2 more bottles.
