I’m 67. Forget things often especially at work It was stopping me from getting my bonuses I began the journey A few months later I became sharp as a whip No longer writing things down. I’m still working on retention of information for my CDLs. Hopefully that helps as well. I give it an A and I’m not soft on grading products
