I was skeptical at first just like you. No more nightly urges although I did go once on night 2. Honestly I took one in the morning and one at night with food. Take two for severe cases it says. But one worked for me. Your body may be different. I'm a regular guy and I approve this product %1000!!! It works for me and my stream is back full! Wife is happy 😊! I make no money of these words!
