Already like it!

Hi, I have had problems falling asleep for decades. I’m used everything. I was a bit surprised that I just woke up refreshed, slept through the night and my apple watch says I slept 8.5 hours! I don’t remember falling asleep so it must have been easy. I do not feel groggy at all right now. Am excited for this to continue!!
