I am 66 years old. I have been taking RediMove for several weeks. Before I started, my knees ached whenever I moved and my mobility was being restricted. Stairs were especially painful.
After starting RediMove I could feel the difference. I can kneel on the floor (and get up again), I can do stairs like I used to.
I could not recommend this product any higher.
