I have a full time day job, so I need my sleep. When I can't sleep I take 1 pill and I'm out in 10 minutes. It does not leave you drowsy. You can even take it during the day to relax although I have not tried nor needed that. I sleep well and through the night, if I wake up I can take an additional pill with no side effects. I take them nightly as I am a high energy person hard to relax. Love it !
