I am 49 and one day after my cycle ended ( I was very regular every 26 days) the hot flashes started. I missed my cycle for 2 months and was miserable-I was at my wits end with hot flashes and purchased 2 fans. One to wear around my neck and one bedside usb fan for nights. I was waking several times a night and daytime was brutal with hot flashes. I tried several other products. They were not working! I found this product online and gradually the flashes started to cool down. Within 10 days they were gone. And five days later my cycle resumed without warning. I had no breast pain or swelling or mood swings. I will purchase this again and continue to use It saved my sleep!

This is my second bottle of this product...I take it a few hours before bed and it keeps u cool and u overall have a good night rest...u can also add redimove to your nightly routine.. Your joints will thank u and this also gives u a good night rest.

This is a helpful item if one is experiencing some uncomfortable feelings associated with menopause such as hot flashes, poor sleep, and personal dryness. I found that using this in combination with a progesterone cream brought back levels of overall body comfort.

I have only been on this product for 3 days and the difference is night and day. I was not just feeling flush, but started to actually sweat. My sleep has been disturbed for appx 3 weeks because of the hot flashes. I took the first dose in the late afternoon and was able to sleep all through the night immediately. The one flash I experienced was shorter in duration and not as severe. During the day I might experience 1 or 2 with very light effects. I am sold on this product. I'm starting to get my energy back because I'm able to sleep again.

This product worked almost immediately! Helps with hot flashes and sleep. If you have sleep issues, follow the recommendation on the bottle to take two at night as well as in the morning. You really notice how well it works when you run out!!

This stuff works! I had night sweats that came on like a freight train 4x5 times a night. I now take 2 of these before bed only and I don't have them anymore! I tested to see if maybe I was in a different "phase" where they stopped on their own, but nope -- that night I did not take them, I awoke with the sweats. No side effects that I can determine either.

Was having one mild hot flash a night. This stuff worked after the first time I took it. I combine eating very healthy and taking these vitamins to make this transition as easy as possible.

I'm a naturally skeptical person. I was looking for every other possible explanation than the most simple- this product actually works. Hormone free and all the ingredients I love.

I was using a different brand with the same basic ingredients and they went out of business so I had to find a replacement quick. Very happy with this product.
