What can I say except before ordering I was of the mindset there is no way anything nonprescription strength would ever help me. I was having intense hot flashes every 5 minutes from about 6p-5a. I would wake up with clothes I could wring out, not kidding. This had been going on for about six months. Progressively getting worse. I also tried another supplement with black cohosh. That brought the intensity down which made me wonder if only black cohosh did this perhaps all five ingredients (I had learned from lots of research) would bring it down even further. I am here to stand on top of the mountain and say it worked. I am poor so I wanted to start with only one to see if it worked and could make it last longer. I was in shock when I woke up. I called all my friends with the news. It says take with food in the morning, still not in a routine I forgot not remembering until two hours before falling asleep. I did not want to risk it so I took it. Still no hot flashes. I wasn't sure if it needed time to metabolize to work properly which is why they said morning. I will be praising from now until eternity this wonder supplement!! Just try it!!

My menopause symptoms are severe. In my desperation of hot flashes, and night sweats I bought numerous amount of supplement that did very little for me. This is the only supplement that has decreased my symptoms. I hope that the second bottle will continue to help reduce the symptoms even more.

I’ve tried 4 other hot flash relief all natural supplements. Decided I’m in this so deep financially, one more thing won’t break the bank. Thank goodness I leapt and tried Menovair. The 3-4x every hour hot flashes are gone. I did t read how to take them, so I just took one each night with all my other meds before bed. no more sweaty, yucky hot flashes. It’s trial and error to find out how it works best for you, but it’s worth the try! Just started my 2nd months worth. Very very happy customer.

I have horrible hot flashes and night sweats, depression, mood swings and this product has helped me tremendously. It took about 1 week for it to kick in.

After trying Black Cohosh caps, a pure formula with nothing else added in, as well as other products like Primrose and 5HTP, I found Menovair to be the only thing that has helped me with hot flashes. I had to tinker a bit before finding the lowest dosage that had an effect and waited about two weeks before it kicked in. Now I take one cap with breakfast, one with lunch, and two with dinner. and I continue to take moisturizer for my dry skin.I don't notice any hot flashes at all now when I used to have them almost every hour during the day. At night, the flashes were so severe, they'd wake me several times. Now I can sleep the entire night without waking hot and sweaty. For this alone, Menovair deserves 5 stars.

If you are having a hard time with hot flashes, I highly recommend this product. For me, it's been a life saver. Instead of 30+ a day hot flashes these pills got them down enough to where I rarely noticed them. Really, truly love this product. And this is coming from a women that tried EVERYTHING.

I was suffering from multiple hot flashes in a day. I had quit wearing makeup and hair always up, I was miserable. Being somewhat weary of prescription estrogen, I bought this product. I have taken it for 10 days now and am thrilled with the result! I wore my hair down all day for the first time in months and actually got chilly with the air conditioner on high :). Unfortunately I was hit with all the hard symptoms of menopause and was introduced to Menovair. I was naturally a skeptic; however, this product literally feels like a hug from inside. It works great. I got busy and ran out and while waiting to order and receive my symptoms came back. Living in FL and having hot flashes/night sweats is no joke, but that's how I realized this stuff is spot on.
