Recently had multiple gut related issues. Loose stool being the most difficult to resolve. I tried probiotic yogurt and greek yogurt without any resullts. The after researching the ingredients in 3Biome, I ordered a bottle and was rewarded with hte best of all outcomes. Finally I have a normal stool. I have just ordered another bottle, just lovin the results.

Great product

For years I have had bad and worse irregularity problems. 5 years ago I started to get itchy red bumps on my face and chest and scalp. 2 dermatologists after trying different approaches that they had no idea what the cause was. I have tried every laxative and every face cream to no avail. I read about 3 biome and gave it a try. After a little over a month I am regular and my skin is healing. I am so grateful. I have also been taking a supplement called inulin and I think that has helped as well. They are both supposed to be good for gut health.

This product is the bomb!

Been struggling for years with having to get up a couple hours before doing anything in the morning to eat and take time in the bathroom. It didn't matter what I ate....cramping would start and I would spend the next 2 hours getting regulated to where I could go out and not feel sick. 6 weeks of this product has changed all of that and I can eat anything first thing in the morning and go about my life as a normal person. I heard about sporebiotics from a relative who consulted a specialist. Although I didn't go to her, I researched them on the internet and came to this product. It's been a game changer, for sure!

Stomach PH

I struggle with my PH being thrown off easily/constantly. For about two years I had bloating and gas and almost nothing worked to keep it in check. With other probiotics I would have to take double or triple the recommended dosage to have any type of results which also came with complications. With this product just once a day and my body is overall better and I’m glad. No bloat and no crazy dosages of product to keep it that way.

3Biome is gentle, safe, and fast

I have used many fiber supplements ranging from psyllium type to even harsh stimulants that contain senna. So I would swing between severely hard stools to extremely loose. I did finally find a more natural fiber supplement that contains only dried high fiber foods that has been helpful but still tends to make a loose stool. But, now that I'm taking the 3Biome probiotic, for the first time in at least 10 years, I actually have normal stools.

I’m, ahem, relieved to find this

I could tell within the first few days that this product was different from other probiotics I have taken in the past. I had major surgery 5 years ago, and ever since then I have struggled with digestive issues, including indigestion, heartburn, hard and loose stools.. My symptoms have been better managed using 3Biome for several weeks than from using other less effective probiotics for several years. In addition, I’ve suffered from recurrent anxiety issues for years. However, in the short time that I’ve been using 3Biome, I’ve noticed more energy and less anxiety.

What a difference

I have been taking a probiotic for years. After finding an article on Facebook about probiotics I decided to try a different product that contains specific bacteria. I researched and came across your product and thought I would give it a try. I feel wonderful! What a difference! I would more often than not feel gassy and bloated with my “old” probiotic. Most of the time when I would go to the bathroom; it was like diarrhea. Since taking 3Biome I no longer feel gassy and bloated and no more diarrhea! I haven’t felt this good in years!

Very easy to take. I hate taking too many pills so I like that I can take this only once a day and forget about it. The capsule is small enough to swallow easily.
