Natural with no side effects

I have taken glucoven for over a year and now my husband is taking glucoven and his numbers are great. Now I will say you also have to change how you eat and it takes about 6 month to get you balances and start lowering your numbers on a consistant basis. I like glucoven for the fact it is natural with no side effects.
