Both my husband and I take this for nerve issues in our feet. We are both in our 70s and had been struggling for a long time. His was worse than mine. He said the burning on the soles of his feet felt like standing on hot coals. He couldn't even walk to the kitchen without wincing. He also had terrible balance problems because he couldn't feel the floor under him. My issues were different, mostly numbness. My feet felt like they were made of rubber. I couldn't tell if I was stepping on something or if the ground was level. It made me afraid to walk outside. Since starting this supplement we have both seen significant improvement.
