1 year ago my retina specialist told me I had the early signs of eye health issues. I began taking Visigard by Nutreance, taking 2 capsules twice a day. After 6 mos. I decreased the dosage to 2 AM and 1 PM then again to 1 capsule twice a day. Two mos. ago, I reduced it to 1 capsule in the AM. I just saw my retina specialist last week and he told me that my eyes had improved. I believe Visigard is an excellent product made with high standards of purity.
