I was so ecstatic about the change I had that I recommended it to my mom. After two days she was hooked and got my dad involved. They ended up trying a different brand (cheaper version) that had more pills and was cheaper. But it didn't last. They said they noticed the difference between taking those pills and these. So once they finished their bottle, they went back to this product. We've all been taking them ever since. Whenever someone has a moment of forgetfulness, we always joke now "did you forget to take your mushrooms this morning?" Seriously great product! if you are on the fence, just try. You will notice a difference very quickly. :)
