I have been using RediCalm for quite a few months now. I use it at night to help me sleep and it works wonders. I have anxiety and have had problems sleeping. This product relaxes me and helps me sleep deeply. I love the natural ingredients and appreciate that it does not have melatonin in it as melatonin never worked for me...
