Try it alone or combined with other changes like chiropractic adjustments

I think it's made a BIG difference. Along with other changes, stress is markedly decreased. I even forget all about it most days. There's hope! Try it alone or combined with other changes like chiropractic adjustments, healthy diet rich in Whole Foods - restricting processed foods/sugar, exercise and keeping busy/focused on things other than stress.
