I was suffering from multiple hot flashes in a day. I had quit wearing makeup and hair always up, I was miserable. Being somewhat weary of prescription estrogen, I bought this product. I have taken it for 10 days now and am thrilled with the result! I wore my hair down all day for the first time in months and actually got chilly with the air conditioner on high :).
