RediNite Supplement Facts

At Nutreance, safety and effectiveness are paramount in our mission to provide you with innovative natural remedies. That's why RediNite has been carefully formulated using only the most effective natural ingredients with the highest safety ratings, according to extensive clinical research.

But it's not enough to simply combine dietary supplements recommended by scientific studies into a formula. The quality of the ingredients that make up any natural remedy are critical to its overall efficacy.

Just as you can buy fresh fruits or vegetables from a farmer's market that are of much higher quality than at your local supermarket, not all ingredients are created equal. In the same way, you may be able to purchase the same ingredient from two different suppliers, but the purity and potency may be entirely different. For this reason, we thoroughly vet our raw material suppliers to ensure that our natural remedies are comprised of only the highest quality ingredients.

L-Tryptophan A precursor to both melatonin and serotonin, L-tryptophan is an "essential" amino acid, meaning that it cannot be produced by the body and must be acquired from food. Research has confirmed that l-tryptophan supplements are significantly more efficient for inducing sleep rather than l-tryptophan consumed in food. A prominent study of 18 subjects found that l-tryptophan dramatically reduced sleep latency, especially among subjects who required longer than 20 minutes to get to sleep.[1]
Passion Flower Passion flower is a perennial climbing vine indigenous to the southern United States that was used by traditional Native American healers and later in Europe for its calming and sleep-inducing properties. Scientists believe that passion flower promotes restful sleep by increasing levels of the calming neurotransmitter, GABA. One 2011 study found that passion flower significantly improved sleep quality ratings over placebo.[2]
Lemon Balm A member of the mint family that is native to Europe, lemon balm has been used since the Middle Ages to improve sleep duration and quality. Commonly used today in foods and teas for its gentle lemon flavor, recent clinical research has also confirmed its reputation as a holistic sleep aid. A 2013 study with 100 participants found that a lemon balm blend caused significant improvements in self-assessed sleep quality.[3]
Magnolia Bark Magnolia bark is a highly aromatic bark stripped from the stems, branches, and roots of the magnolia officinalis plant. It is used in traditional Chinese medicine for its neuroprotective and relaxant properties, particularly for the purposes of inducing sleep. A 2012 study found that magnolol, a polyphenolic compound found in the bark, induced REM sleep by acting as a positive allosteric modulators for GABA.[4]
Melatonin A hormone that is naturally produced by the pineal gland, melatonin plays an essential role in regulating the body's internal clock and influencing your sleep-wake cycle. Since melatonin can cross the blood-brain barrier, ingesting it in supplement form directly boosts your body's levels of the hormone and promotes healthy sleep. One recent placebo-controlled study found that melatonin both reduced sleep latency and extended overall sleep time.[5]
Vegetable Capsule (Capsule Shell) Many supplements that you purchase from the store use gelatin capsules to deliver their active ingredients. Not only are these capsules not vegetarian, as they are made from animal parts, but they are also often colored with harmful dyes to obscure their inner contents. But RediNite uses only vegan, non-GMO vegetable capsules made from plant cellulose and contain no additional additives like colors or dyes. This ensures that our product is sensitive to dietary restrictions and completely natural for everyone to take.
Cellulose Microcrystalline cellulose, or wood pulp, is present in each capsule of RediNite as a natural filler. It is used to fill up any empty space in the capsule that might result after all of the other active and inactive ingredients are added. This prevents the capsules from denting while in transit.
Vegetable Magnesium Stearate Magnesium stearate is present in trace amounts in nearly all capsule and tablet products. It is primarily used as a lubricant that makes the pill easier to swallow and allows it to slide more easily down your digestive tract. It also serves an important purpose as an excipient, meaning that it improves the solubility of the active ingredients and assists your body in absorbing the capsule contents.
Silica Silica is an agent used during the bottling process that causes the dried ingredients to flow more easily and prevent clumping. In this way, it ensures that all ingredients are evenly distributed into each capsule during the blending process.
