I feel this is a great product and I would recommend it day and night (unless when I'm sleeping and it does it's job gently easing me to sleep.) GREAT product and I recommend it to family and friends; including people that have pain and issues sleeping. I checked with my doctor, showed the ingredients and it was approved--and the fact it works and you don't build up a tolerance is a MASSIVE perk

I've used it now for several nights. Each of the nights I used one of the pills, not two as recommended. All except for one night I became very sleepy in about :45 minutes after taking. On the other night it took longer, I'd say about an hour. The sleep in each night was what I'd call heavy.

Ever since having children, I have a hard time sleeping. It takes me a while to fall asleep, and I wake up very early in the morning. I've tried other "natural" remedies to no avail. I was very happy to find this natural supplement that has no added dyes or sugars. You simply take 2 capsules at night, and let the magic work. Since taking this product, I've been able to sleep later in the morning and get a more restful night's sleep.
