Little Slow
Redicalm is the only thing I've found that helps me but it hasn't been immediate. I took it for 14 days and felt a moderate improvement. At 2 months I'm getting my best results.

Helps a lot
I don't trust wild claims and testimonials. I was looking for something that was scientifically verified. That's what first caught my eye. I'm happy I did. I definitely feel an improvement in my stress levels.

Nice product

Really calms!
I take these before I go to bed, about an hour before to be exact. It helps me get calm and relaxed and helps me sleep better. I've found an improvement in my quality of sleep since starting these. Just kind of takes the stress of the day away.

I would recommend.
Everything else I tried made me drowsy or sick. This hasn't. I'm much more relaxed but I don't feel foggy. 5 stars. I would recommend.
