Great product

This stuff actually works... This is one of the best supplements I have ever used. It takes about 45 min to kick in, and then I mellow out a lot. Zero side effects.

Breathing exercises and books do NOT help. I can't tell you how many thousands of dollars I have wasted on things that do not work at all. This DOES...

I have THE HARDEST job on the planet. A stay at home mom. Twins running around all morning. If I do not go to bed at the same time every night, I do NOT have the energy to keep up with my kids. My house sounds like a wild zoo by 630 AM every morning. It is stressful, but I refuse to give my kids anything but the best of myself every day.... at least until they turn 18! lol. This is the only thing that helps get me through the day and sleep at night. One in the morning and one right before bed.
