what I like most about this product is the consistency. every day I notice less discomfort. the improvement has been gradual but very real. no side effects either which is huge for me. no complaints at all. will keep buying.

This supplement is OK. Not great, not terrible. I've seen some improvement which is more than I can say for most products Ive tried. But for the price I expected more. Average in my opinion but your results may vary.

Both my husband and I take this for nerve issues in our feet. We are both in our 70s and had been struggling for a long time. His was worse than mine. He said the burning on the soles of his feet felt like standing on hot coals. He couldn't even walk to the kitchen without wincing. He also had terrible balance problems because he couldn't feel the floor under him. My issues were different, mostly numbness. My feet felt like they were made of rubber. I couldn't tell if I was stepping on something or if the ground was level. It made me afraid to walk outside. Since starting this supplement we have both seen significant improvement. He says the burning is almost gone and he walks normally now. My numbness is so much better and I can feel textures and temperatures again. We tell all our friends at church about it. We will be lifelong customers!

Ive been taking this for a while now and I want to give an honest review. The nerve tingling in my feet has improved somewhat but not as dramatically as I was hoping for based on other reviews I read. That feeling like my feet are asleep is still there when I first wake up in the morning. The numbness in my toes is maybe 30-40% better which is something but not what I expected. The sharp pains that felt like stepping on a tack have decreased some which is nice. But that weird heavy dead feeling in the balls of my feet hasnt changed much. I'll keep taking it to see if it continues to improve. Decent product but not the miracle cure others are describing. Everyone is different I suppose.

I want to shout it from the rooftops… this product works! It took a little bit to really kick in but once it did, wow. Life changing. Worth every penny and then some. Please dont ever discontinue this product!

Didnt really do much for me. Maybe a tiny bit less tingling but nothing worth writing home about.

This is a very good supplement. I want to be honest, it took a while before I noticed much difference. But once it kicked in the improvement was significant. Just be patient with it and give it time. The quality of the product is excellent.

Ive tried probably 10 different supplements for nerve discomfort. This is hands down the best one. Started working before long and the results just keep getting better. I don't know what's in this stuff but whatever it is, it works. Five stars.

Good quality supplement that delivers on its promises. My nerve discomfort has improved steadily. No side effects, easy to swallow, and the ingredients list is solid. Will continue to take this and have already set up auto-ship.
