Meh
Tried a bunch of different cleanse products. This one didn't really seem any different. Maybe a little improvement but not much to write home about

Questionable for the Price
Hepaclear didn't do anything for me as a hangover cure. Can't say whether it helps for fatty liver

Easy Refund
Hepaclear unfortunately doesn't do anything for me. Luckily the company was easy to deal with to return it, and I got a full refund within a week.
