Out of all the digestive enzymes I’ve tried, Elevenzyme is the best. The only side effect I get is actually digesting my food better. It seems to do something to aid water retention as well.

These are great little pills. I’m on my second bottle. They are nice and small to swallow if you need. They do help prevent bloating. I do take 2 before each meal so 2 to 3 times a day. If you have issues you're working through like leaky gut and you are fighting a bad bacteria infection in your stomach they will help digest until you're back on track.
