How many capsules should I take?

For daily use: We recommend taking 1 to 2 capsules per day to allow the vitamins and minerals to help promote stronger bone density and mineral content.

For more significant bone density issues: We recommend taking 1 to 2 capsules twice per day to provide maximum strength bone fortification and skeletal support.

Proper dosage is an individual process that depends on what works best for you and your body. We do not recommend taking more than 6 capsules per day.

What time of day should I take the capsules?

For most people, we recommend taking Calciven in the morning with your first meal of the day so that your body can most effectively absorb the vitamins and minerals and strengthen your bones. However, it is just as effective to take Calciven with a meal at lunch or dinner.

Should I take the capsules with or without food?

Calciven can be taken with or without food. However, the vitamins and minerals are most efficiently absorbed when taken with food.
