I'm very skeptical about anything sold online. But my Dr. said that this product came to his attention, so he brought it to mine. I've tried just about everything else. I'm one week in. So far so good.

I take these before I go to bed, about an hour before to be exact. It helps me get calm and relaxed and helps me sleep better. I've found an improvement in my quality of sleep since starting these. Just kind of takes the stress of the day away.

Supper fast shipping ! which i really appreciated , since i was running out. I love that the product is natural. Like any vitamins or medications - best is to take on a full stomach, like my doctor suggested. I do feel calmer and less stressed, very helpful since i have crazy schedule. And has no animal product , which is perfect for me , since i am vegetarian
