No side effects, no taste, the ingredients are great. This company is on the top of my list! Al the mushrooms have been used in a lot of different case studies that I have personally been involved with and have seen incredible results. The value is great, the quality and the amounts of each that they are putting in per capsule is a good standard daily dosage. If you are using to fight different things you may want to up the doses of different mushrooms, but to start this is a great standard. I use this product now when I previously grew and made all my own. I am totally out of that now and have been for years, but I am a firm believer in the benefits of different mushrooms for my health.
