Too Early to Tell At This Point

It appears to be too early to tell whether this works or not at this point. Given that I have no symptoms, I thought it prudent to get a blood test to determine whether it is working. I have as a control my most recent blood test during my annual physical, and I just yesterday had blood drawn to determine Glucoven's impact on my levels after 2 weeks of use. I'm very interested to see how the results turn out.

Helps with cravings

I've never really struggled with my blood sugar, but eating a lot of junk food is definitely an unhealthy stress response when I'm going through difficult times. I've found that when I take this supplement a little while before a big meal, I feel less compelled to eat past the point of satiety and much more clear-headed afterwards. So far it's been a really simple way to curb junk food cravings, without the overtly aggressive stimulant effects of lots of the more hardcore diet pills.

Getting me through quarantine!

I don't have a glucose monitor just so we're clear! Taking Glucoven (1/day in the morning on an empty stomach) seems to be helping keep me from the highs and lows of sugar. I'm trying to wean off. Stress from Quarantine with 4 kids -11,9,6&3!- has brought me back to my old vice; foods made of straight carbs. When I started this, it helped to curb that low crash after eating my feelings from the sugar bowl. A week later and I was noticing that I wasn't inclined to go into the kitchen for sweets every 15 mins. 3 weeks and I wasn't eating then except for at meals.
