Capsules are small and have a decent taste, instead of the expected pungent and bitter. After I’d eat any meal, literally anything, the foods sat heavy in my stomach and made me tired. When I take these before I cannot describe the difference!!! I didn’t know you could eat food and not feel heavy and tired and bloated after ?!? I feel so free now, like maybe this is how people with functional digestive systems feel everyday? It’s wonderful. They really do help with bloating. It’s not a miracle drug but it helps process my food much more efficiently, and I can wear buttoned pants instead of sticking only to my elastic waist bands.

Keeps my waistline from blowing up. I couldn’t believe it. Pants fit better within 2 weeks. Does what it says it will.

I have a lot of digestion / allergies issues, and this is one of the few digestive enzymes that my body can handle. Very grateful to elevenzyme since my last digestive enzyme wasn't strong enough.

I’ve tried a few different enzymes to aid in my digestion and reduce bloat and gas. No one else ever seems to be in the same level of pain I’m in after a meal. Tried just about everything else out there. Elevenzyme is the clear winner for me. Will purchase again.

After speaking with my nutritionist, it turns out this isn’t what I need. My stomach problems would be best resolved with a probiotic so I will check that out. Apparently I don’t have any kind of enzyme insufficiency, so I didn’t benefit from this.

I feel like this really made me feel better. I've always struggled with stomach problems & fatigue. I feel like I don't properly absorb the nutrients from the foods I eat, and I think this supplement really helped! After about 1 week I was waking up in the morning with energy and felt better throughout the day. I started to think, "Is this what normal/healthy people feel like every day?" I finished the bottle but went 3 weeks without buying another, and I really felt the difference. I went back to feeling tired all the time and was having my stomach issues again (diarrhea, acid reflux, indigestion, lack of appetite.)

It’s a little on the pricey side for what it does. I’m not sure how much it helps.

It’s simple. Less bloat. More regularity.

It seems ok. I’d give it maybe 3.5 stars. I haven’t noticed a huge improvement, but I’m only on my first bottle. It hasn’t made things any worse. I guess I’ll continue taking it.
