Testocor Supplement Facts

Supplement Facts

At Nutreance, safety and effectiveness are paramount in our mission to provide you with innovative natural remedies. That's why Testocor has been carefully formulated using only the most effective natural ingredients with the highest safety ratings, according to extensive clinical research.

But it's not enough to simply combine herbs recommended by scientific studies into a formula. The quality of the ingredients that make up any natural remedy are critical to its overall efficacy.

Just as you can buy fresh fruits or vegetables from a farmer's market that are much of higher quality than at your local supermarket, not all herbs are created equal. In the same way, you may be able to purchase the same herb from two different suppliers, but the purity and potency of the ingredients may be entirely different. For this reason, we thoroughly vet our raw material suppliers to ensure that our natural remedies are comprised of only the highest quality ingredients.

L-Carnitine Tartrate Less susceptible in dry form to the effects of moisture, l-carnitine tartrate is a more stable form of l-carnitine, an amino acid naturally produced by the body. Involved in energy production and metabolism in most mammals, this biological compound has also been linked to promoting both primary male hormone production and androgen receptor density. In a 2006 clinical study in which males supplemented with l-carnitine tartrate daily for 21 days, androgen receptor density was found to improve significantly compared with placebo.[1]
Mucuna Pruriens Powder A tropical legume native to Africa and Asia, mucuna pruriens has been used for thousands of years in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Though often used for neurological issues due to its natural dopamine content, recent research has shown the bean also has a potent effect on primary male hormone levels. A study conducted in 2010 found that hormone levels increased by more than 27% over the course of 3 months in individuals taking mucuna pruriens.[2]
Fenugreek Extract Fenugreek is an annual plant cultivated in semiarid environments whose seeds and leaves are commonly used in South and Central Asian cuisine. While its slightly sweet, nutty flavor makes it a mainstay in curries and salads, researchers have determined the plant has the ability to improve androgen receptor density and hormone bioavailability. A 2016 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study over 8 weeks found significant improvements in androgenic activity without any adverse events.[3]
Tongkat Ali 100:1 Extract Also known as longjack, tongkat ali is a flowering shrub native to Southeast Asia and has been used in traditional medicine in the region for energy, circulation, and overall health. Although it has a reputation as an adaptogen, providing relief from various different maladies, scientific research has confirmed the roots of the plant have a positive impact on primary male hormone concentrations in andropausal men. In a 2014 clinical study of elderly males, those who supplemented with tongkat ali for 5 weeks experienced significant improvement in total and free hormone concentration, as well as muscular force.[4]
Coleus Forskohlii 10% Extract Coleus forskohlii is a tropical perennial plant that naturally produces forskolin, an extract commonly used in pharmaceutical preparations and research in cell biology. Commonly used for cardiovascular benefits in traditional Ayurvedic medicine, an extensive body of research supports the plant compound's ability to stimulate production of primary male hormones. A clinical study from 2005 concluded that oral ingestion of forskolin over a 12 week period increased serum levels of primary male hormones and favorably altered body composition.[5]
Vegetable Capsule Many supplements that you purchase from the store use gelatin capsules to deliver their active ingredients. Not only are these capsules not vegetarian, as they are made from animal parts, but they are also often colored with harmful dyes to obscure their inner contents. But Testocor uses only vegan, non-GMO vegetable capsules made from plant cellulose and contain no additional additives like colors or dyes. This ensures that our product is sensitive to dietary restrictions and completely natural for everyone to take.
Dicalcium Phosphate Dicalcium phosphate is commonly used in the production of tablets and capsules as a "flow agent." It is added during the bottling process to ensure that powdered capsule ingredients do not clump together but instead flow through the machinery with ease. This is essential to provide a consistent, uniformly-mixed product.
Magnesium Stearate Magnesium stearate is present in trace amounts in nearly all capsule and tablet products. It is primarily used as a lubricant that makes the pill easier to swallow and allows it to slide more easily down your digestive track. It also serves as an important purpose as an excipient, meaning that it improves the solubility of the active ingredients and assists your body in absorbing the capsule contents.
